• Physical: A feeling of warmth, gentle heat, coolness or tingling in different areas of the body, particularly where the practitioner's hands are placed or hovering.

• Mental: A sense of floating, complete stillness or a feeling of being blissfully disconnected from daily stress. Falling into a light sleep is also a very common and normal response.

• Emotional: Sometimes, clients experience a gentle emotional release (like tears or a brief shift in mood) as old, stagnant energy clears.
